Justin F It is inflated with your regulator and It has oral inflation capability.

This SMB may be inflated using either your BC inflater hose, or manually via the same location. You must push in on the valve (about 1/4-3/8 inch) while exhaling into it to inflate manually.

DAWN G The buoy has a valve that you can blow it up manually or you can attach your air hose ( BCD) to it to fill. I bought this as a gift and havent used it yet but very excited too. It was alot nicer than I thought it would be.
