Bought this for my 12 yr. old for scuba. The size is about perfect. Unfortunately, the straps/"locking" mechanism is inadequate. The straps are secured by plastic tabs that don't fit quite perfectly. The strap kept pulling loose even in the pool.

I bought these for my 10 yo daughter who just completed her open water SCUBA class. These fins worked great for her. They are very light and so easy to put on/take off that she does not need any help. I love the fact that they fit her small/narrow foot now and can be adjusted as she grows. The price was just as great as the product.

Bought these for my wife to snorkel in bonaire. She used them with water shoes and found these fins to be really hard to get on and off. The button on the sides has to be pushed in so hard that it's easier to just pull the strap off over the shoe..But be careful that you don't tear the strap.I will be scraping these fins and going to get her ones that has snap buckles on the sides.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use my fins yet (in the "real world"), but the real test will be when I go on a cruise soon. I just got scuba certified, and was told these fins may be too light for diving; however, they're perfect for snorkeling. I plan to do both diving and snorkeling on my cruise, so I'm looking forward to seeing just how they do with both.
