carlos z hello, I have intova ic 800, with housing, buy in leisurepro, why red filter lent need?
46mm?, or 52mm? or 87.5mm?
excuseme for my bad english.
thanks.
TODD M Carlos,
I bought the red filter for my underwater camera. It makes a big difference in the color quality of your pictures. Underwater the red wavelength of light is reduced and thus without the red filter, your pictures will not be as true in color as they should be. They will have a light blue appearance. You will be happy that you bought one. The size of the filter depends on the size of your camera. Measure the diameter of your lens on the camera to get the proper size. Hope this is helpful.

SHERRY H I purchased the Intova Red Filter for use on my camera in deep sea diving situations. What happens is when you go deeper colors start to be absorbed by the water. To put it simply, at 10m (I think) the color red goes from red to purple or blue. So if you are taking pictures of coral or bright fish deeper then 10m then they would look more bluish green then bright. Some downsides are that it is difficult to attach under water and if you take a photo above 10m. it will have a red film.
I am sorry to say that I can not help you with the size. The camera that we bought was an ic12 so I can't tell you about the ic 800. Sorry.
Good Luck.
