I bought this for use in a diving club. It makes my tank stand out from all the rest of blue aluminum cylinders when they are on the rack or boat. Others have told me it makes it easier to pick me out in a group underwater.
The package came with two shrink wrap sleeves and one sheet with the pattern printed on it. Pretty easy to put on the tank, but I think that the shrink wrap sleeve is designed to fit around standard tank diameters (the one I used it on is a Catalina 80). I dive with people from all over the world who use "odd" equipment, so some of the jumbo tanks I've seen would be too big for the sleeve. That said, most of them have never seen another tank like it.
When installing it, shrink it down super tight, you don't want the sleeve sliding around when it gets wet. (this happened to me the first time, but it was no worse than those plastic mesh tank guards)
