This light is just amazing. as bright as the Wave LED. but half the size and weight. However the swicth is still the same as the Wave LED (WHICH both me and me broke ours swicth!!)

They need to sell the switch as spare parts or make it more realiable.

If the switch can be fixed, this would be a PERFECT dive light.

Nice and lightweight. Easy to handle. The switch looks like it could snap in a year or so. After about 10 secs of use, switch would not go into low range. I left it in the middle range for about 2 minutes wondering if it just wasn't making contact or if the circuit was bad. I smelled something burning and opened it up. The outer layer of the batteries were melting. I'll try to exchange it and hope the next one will be worth giving high reviews for. It is bright though!

Comments about Princeton Tec, NEW 390 Lumens Miniwave LED Dive Light:

Gave this light to my son as a primary night light. It put my old PrincetonTec behemoth (8 D cells!) to shame. The light has only seen a little action, so can't comment on durability or battery life. The switch is a bit stiff, but it didn't seem fragile as described in other reviews. I'll probably get one for myself so I don't have to haul that old monster and it's 100 lbs of batteries around anymore.

Comments about Princeton Tec, NEW 390 Lumens Miniwave LED Dive Light:

The switch does not move back and forth smoothly on land. So I had little confidence when I was at depth with gloves on that this light would be a good choice for me.
