I'm a size large in everything I own. I'm not sure how they come up with a large being 190 lbs, 6'0" and a 50 inch chest. With my arms straight, the sleeves covered the ends of my fingers and the chest was huge. Looking at their numbers for a size medium did not look like it would come close to fitting me so I returned it. Quality seemed to be very good.

Great rashguard. It sizes about half a size bigger for me. I purchased the small and I am 5'8", 180 lbs., and 40" chest. Other than that, it worked great. I wore it in Cozumel when on the boat heading to the dive site. I even used it as my wetsuit with my Mares shorts for diving. It dries quickly and was comfortable.

As reviewer "Supergmann" had said ... this thing is huge. Bought a small and it feels more like a baggy medium (and I am a fit 150 lbs). Sleeves are very long for a small and go way past my knuckles in length. Probably a good fit for someone 5'9". Chest is good though. It definitely is no UnderArmour compression shirt. Quality of the product is very good.
