JONATHAN M If you drop a couple of pounds get the XL. I am the same size as you and I have an XL. The XXL is made for someone up to 6'6" tall. When I am at 208 the suit fits perfectly.
RICHARD H I would say you might need XXL. I'm 5'11" 210 lbs 36 waist and XL is just right.

KEN K Probably a Medium for that size. A small would most likely work but you're on the line between sm and Med. So go with the larger give yourself a little room to grow.

JONATHAN M I would have to look at the sizing chart again, but the weight seems to be the more important consideration. For example I have an XL and the weight limit is 210 lbs. When I was 218 it was too tight in the neck and caused serious compression. But when I dropped my weight to 208 it fit perfectly. Also depending on how cold the water will be, I wear under armour so being a couple of pounds under allows for some layering.

RICHARD H I'm 5'11" 210 lbs, and XL worked out well for me. My buddy is approx 5'9" 185 lbs and he is in a Large. (We both just bought them at the same time) I could only guess that a M might be good. Look at Mares website for more help.

RICHARD H All I can tell you is I am 5'11" 210 lbs and the XL fits me well. My friend is 5'9" about 190lbs and he wears a L. Try the Mares website.
JACOB D I'm 5'9", 150 pounds and bought the size small, it is still a little loose in the arms. It likely wont seal for you.
JONATHAN M I am not certain if a small would fit, but the upper limits of the weigh ranges are quite accurate. For instance, my XL limit is 210 lbs. and anything over that makes the suit feel too tight (even a few pounds), particularly around the neck. But at 205 lbs. the suit fits perfectly. I think that you would also want to check the height range too, better to be a little long than short.

MAURICIO L The hood is not attached to the suit, it is separate. However, it is included in the price and comes in the package.
The hood was a little big for me (don't know if my head is small or if hood size is too big), but the suit itself is great.
