MATT F these lights work amazingly well for diving. 1 will provide enough light for photo and video but having 1 on each side of the mask will help eliminate shadows. The can be extended out about 5 inches each and can accomodate about any angle. They cast a nice beam out to about 20 feet but the beam broadens quickly past that point. They are very bright and caution should be used when facing opther divers.
