This item works well. With hands free to work, it directs light where I point. It made recovery of items rather nice, directing light where it is needed and still left hands free.

I did not have the problems reported by other divers. The hand-strap held my torch securely. I had no problems with slipping NOTE: The strap is NOT intended to secure around your wrist, that's why one reviewer had problems with it. It is designed to wrap around the palm of your hand, in which case it should fit just about anyone. I rated it 4 instead of 5 because the on/off switch for my intova wide-angle torch is covered by the neoprene, making it inconvenient to switch the light on and off under water. Not a big problem for a night dive, when you intend to have the light on for the whole dive, but not the best design if you're just planning to turn the light on for occasional illunimation of cracks and crevaces. All-in-all, I'm pleased.

I love the idea of having my Intova light attached to back of hand.However the sleeve that holds light is too wide and light slides out easily.Also,the velcro strap that goes around wrist is way too large causing strap to loosen during dive.
I brought strap to a canvas shop to stitch area's and make light&strap tighter. Haven't picked it up yet.

I was disappointed with this strap. The stitching came undone first use. The Intova torch it is designed for fell out it was so loose. The wrist strap would fit Arnie its so large and I could not get it tight over a 5mm suit. So a complete bust.
