I use these for freedive spearfishing around jetties with a max depth of maybe 20ft and they work great. They create lots of drive and are easy to push..they fit a little big though, I am a size 11 and I bought the 11-12 and have to use neoprene socks so they will fit snug. With out socks. they feel loose and like they will fall off or cause cramps in my toes becase i have to strain to keep them on..but with the socks or light booties they work amazingly. Great Product Great Price!!

I use these for recreational diving on the North/Central Coast of California.

Pros:
-Great for the price,
-Flexible
-Efficient
-Durable
-Fit great with boots

Cons:
-Not true to size. I ordered 8.5.9.5 because I wear a size 10 shoe. These feel like size 11 shoes. So I bought some 3mm boots and its a tight squeeze but not restricting and gives a safe feel.
-A tad bit heavy. They are just a little on the heavy side. The material amd design make it so, but they aren't bricks.

I've owned Cressi full foot Frog fins for years. They are a great compromise between a long fin that lets you swim fast or against currents, versus needing to travel light. These are pretty light fins that you can travel with, but they are long and stiff enough to provide lots of power and speed. I did find that they are too light to support a rebreather diver who is lugging around a ton of gear. Heavier and more powerful fins are needed for rebreather divers.

These fins never let me down no matter what kind of diving I was doing. I Had my first pair for 11 years. Thats right, 11 years, finally they cracked along the edge so it was time to replace. I used them mainly in warm water down at the keys either spear fishing, collecting tropicals or scuba diving. I don't really have anything negative to say about these fins. For [$] on sale, you can't beat it.
