MARC D I got an XL, so a large should suit you fine. It is a wet suit vest and it is hard to tell where the water comes from. The hole lets air that rolls up your face and gets caught in the attached hood escape rather than giving you a bubble head,

STEVEN M I'm about 5'9" and 175 lbs (33" waist, 41" chest). I bought a medium to use as a layer in the tropics. As long as I put it on below my wetsuit (3 mm), it fits fine. In regard to the vent, if you don't equalize your mask a lot, the air vent is probably sufficient. You could always add additional holes to the top of the hood with a hot nail (when the hood is dry) if you need more venting.

Shopper 2 questions... I looking to wear this vest under my Henderson 5mm suit for extra warmth, do you recommend this or should I be looking to buy a 7mm suit.. Next what size vest will fit me. I'm 5'11, 190 lbs, muscular build. Thanks....
LeisurePro S I always recommend layering because it gives you more options if you're diving in a variety of water temperatures. So, if you have enough room under your 5mm suit to wear this vest, I would go for it. And after all, keeping your core warm is the most important part. As far as size goes, I would recommend starting with the Large.
