DAVID G These fins are good for the price. Recommended for beginners and light duty diving. Not sure about durability. I use for students during Open Water classes.
BRIAN P I guess it depends on the term "beginning diver" and if you are planning on pursuing diving as a sport. These are perfect for a few weeks at the beach or a quick purchase for a vacation use, but they are not serious fins for someone looking to dive as a sport. All of your divining equipment is important, but the fins make you go!

BARBARA T I wear an women's 8.5-9 and bought a medium to wear with a bootie. It fits pretty snuggly. I would sugguest a large for a 9.5.

PATRICK M I purchased these fins in April and used them on my to trip to Hawaii. They worked very well and fit great. (size 8.5). My grandson also used them on the same trip and fit him very good (size 9.5). Hope this helped!!!
