Brett H Spec's on the compressor are located here: http://www.max-air.com/pdfs/101107/90stdG.pdf . They don't specify any difference on things like fill performance between the different power plants of the same model. Their standard fill time is 7.5 min to fill an 80 cu. ft. cylinder from 500 to 3000 psig . The compressors all require oil and filters at specific intervals, MaxAir will be able to help you better with these questions, they can be contacted at www.max-air.com (830) 257-5006.
