JOEY H I am 5"10 and 210lbs, 36' waist and I bought a large. My friend who is 6'2 and 230lbs can also wear my bc. I would suggest a Large. It is very adjustable and has been a great bc.
RICHARD R I would go with a large. I am 6'-1" and 230 with a 40" waist and 48" chest and have an XL. The XL is on the large side for me as I have to crank most of the straps to the tight end for it to fit.
CHRIS J I am 5'11" 200lbs with 36" waist and 48" chest and I currently have a large with the waist fully tighten and plenty of chest adjustment... I like it but I think I would drop down to a medium... I have been diving warm water the past month with out any protection but back in march I was wearing a 7mm and it still seemed too big but I haven't lost hope since I intend to wear a dry suit with it in Alaska soon... bottom line I can't make it any smaller but there is plenty of extension left in the adjustments.
