MICHELE H yes, the straps fit, the strap you describe are the kind my volo came with, have since added new ones with no problem. not sure why leisure pro would not have know the answer since they sell both products
MARJORIE S Not sure. But, I use the E-Z Spring Strap. Love the fins -- best ever. Have had knee problems with other fins, these relieve all pressure on the knees. Great!

Shopper Can you tell me the difference between the regular Mares Volo and the Mares Volo Power fins?
LeisurePro S The Volo power fins are just a newer, reworked version of the first make of Volo fins. They are slightly stiffer and provide a bit more power and thrust.
Shopper I wear a Scubapro Everflex boot size 11. Would I need a regular or an extra large?
LeisurePro S I would recommend the regular.
Shopper Does Mares make a replacement fin strap without the buckle for the Volo open heel fin? If so where do I find them?
LeisurePro S Mares doesn't make a separate fin strap specifically for the Volo, but you should be fine just replacing your strap (or adding it to your save a dive kit) with just a standard strap like this.
Shopper I am not sure what size fin I would wear. When comparing the three sizes of the volo fins, what "shoe size" would fit with the different size fins?
LeisurePro S A rough estimate (in men's sizes) is a small is about a 4-7, a regular an 8-11/12 and an extra large anything above that.

Whats in the box:Pair of Fins The Mares Volo scuba fin is a gigantic leap forward in fin technology. This fin is so revolutionary; it is covered by 8 different patents. The Volo uses Mares Optimized Pivoting Blade system (OPB); the Volo is 30% more efficient than traditional fins. The OPB allows the blade to maintain an optimal angle throughout the kicking cycle, whereas traditional fins achieve this only during a small portion of the cycle, OPB produces a constant thrust, which minimizes fatigue and produces fluid movement through the water. The Mares Volo also allows you to use alternate kick strokes not possible with splits fins. The Volo Super-channel is designed for the diver who wants the perfect blend of power and efficiency in one fin. The new blade design with a large central Super-channel and two traditional lateral channels provide excellent thrust while maintaining hi-efficiency and minimizing leg fatigue. The blade is constructed of Tecralene and Thermoplastic rubber for extended durability. The foot pocket delivers maximum power and evenly distributes pressure over the foot to minimize fatigue. The foot pocket interior features internal ribbing that improves fit, eliminates foot suction and prevents foot pocket flexing, while transmitting more power to the blade. Volo uses Mares patented design ABS Plus Buckles (Adjustable Binding System). It only takes one quick movement to easily open or close these buckles, even when wearing thick neoprene gloves. The double button release prevents the buckles from accidentally opening making them the most user friendly system on the market. Fin comes in four colors and three sizes, has an overall length between 23.2" to 25.2" (59 to 64 cm) and weights 2.5 lbs to 3.4 lbs (1.13 kg to 1.53 kg) depending on size, and come with a 24 month limited warranty.
