Introducing the Divers Communication Torch Moray's Diver's Communication Torch (DCT) allows you to be seen and heard underwater. This combination dive light and noisemaker is guaranteed to get your buddy's attention. Just give it a shake! ScubaLab's in-water tests confirmed that the patented noisemaker can be heard from 100 feet away. The noisemaker is integrated into a rugged Tektite dive light that's waterproof to 500 feet. It's constructed of tough ABS and Lexan+, with a non-slip grip and a double o-ring-protected twist-on lens. And this torch can crank out some serious light, 175+lumen using a single Cree XRE LED plus some proprietary optics. The dive light delivers an intense, focused beam similar to natural sunlight that registered a full 9.2 EV on ScubaLab's digital light meter. Powered by only two C-cells, this dive light offers eight hours of burn time at full power, plus you get an additional 20 hours of diminishing usable light as the batteries discharge. The Moray DCT comes with batteries and an adjustable cushioned lanyard, in a variety of colors like black, blue, orange, yellow and pink to compliment your gear. The bottom line: Leave your rattles and tank bangers in your dive bag. The Moray DCT attracts attention when you need to but stays silent when diving, and provides incredible illumination, all in one compact package that stows in most BC pockets.
