Questions about this item:
Rob P there are 3 sizes listed. I am 6'0", 210 lbs of average build and wish to use the harness both with a wet suit and a dry suit. What size should I order?
JAMES D I am the same height and about 190 lbs. I dive with a Viking Pro tec drysuit. I ordered a large and it fits fine over my drysuit.

The first harness I bought was a XL this was a little big for me even in my dry suit so I bought a Large and this fits both for my wet suit and dry suit.
I am 6'4 and 230 lbs
Hope this helps at 6'0 and 210 I think the large would be the best fit for you.
JOHN H Rob - I am 6'0" and about 210, my suit coat size is 46 long and the large is a little big on me in a 3mm wet suite, I have not tried it in my 7mm. If your suite coat size is smaller than 46" you should ge the med size. I am going to have extra velcro put on my large so that I can use it with differend size wet or a dry suit.

JAMES D I use this harness to dive under the ice. I do not know exactly what you are referring to a "normal harness".
It is excellently put together.
FLOYD P I have used this harness for several years (now on my second harness) only for public safety diving. The D-Ring on the back for safety lead and the rings on front makes this the perfect set up for boat or land operations. This would not be good for high angle work or in my opinion swift water as there is a potential to slip out of the harness
DARRELL C I am a Public Safety Diving Instructor. I bought this harness and use it on every PSD Dive. This harness is used for tendered diving. The set up goes under your BCD and a tender line hooks to the front. The set up is the standard rigging in Public Safety Diving. It places both your cutting tools in the "golden triangle" (the upper chest area) for ease of access and less entanglement issues. I don't know if this answers your questions, but I highly recommend this harness. I have used it for over three years. It is a standard piece of equipment on our dive team. I hope this answers your questions.
FRANCIS B The set up is the same and the harness is nice, but the 'one size fits all' with the velcro does provide a nice tight fit as a typical commerical diving harness. It would be better designed with a buckle. The strap tends to slip through the d-rings if the velcro is not secure.
The smaller divers on the team have more of an issue that the bigger divers as there is more stap length past the d-rings
