THEODORE D The speargun that I bought this for is a JBL 53" (134.6 cm) Sawed-Off Magnum XHD Triple Sling Spear Gun (4D44XHD) - the shaft diameter of which is 3/8" so I can not say with certainty that it will fit the JBL Sawed-Off Magnum Double Sling Speargun (4D44). I did see on your site that one of the accessories listed for the JBL Sawed-Off Magnum Double Sling Speargun (4D44) is JBL #843
