Is it being compatible with a few mm?
ADAM H you need to make sure the mm are a match. 8mm and 8mm for example. you will ruin the threads if they don't match

ADAM H I do not know much about the sten shafts or whether they come in different diameters. I know the sten super 100 mm spearguns take an 8mm threaded tip. I would suggest looking up the gun you use and double checking. I know the jbl you are looking for comes in 6 and 7mm

PATRICK C Yes. This is a good tip for a pole spear. Just make sure it is the right size to fit the threaded tip on your spear.
CHRISTOPHER B Yes, these points work very well on a JBL pole spear, or any type that is tapered at the end to allow the spear to pass through the fish. The fiber glass pole spears, for example, have a wider collar where the tip is threaded on and do not allow the spear to pass through the fish; paralyzer tips work better for that type of pole spear.
