PETE P not appropriate for swimming pool. if you swim hard, you would seriously overheat. just use swimcap if needed.
JANETTE G This cap is great to keep your head warm, or sun out of your eyes in any condition, pool; lake, ocean, or river. The bill will fold up to give a more streamline effect if you are swimming laps.
IGOR A No, this is for diving. It keeps the head warm, especially since I shave my head. Also I don't get a sunburn while on the surface.
