Frank L Correct, it uses a CR-2 battery: check SKU: AQUBYCR2.
MICHAEL B Aeris Elite Transmitter uses common CR2 lithium battery. If you want to replace the O-ring (not really necessary for each battery replacement) you can buy the battery kit for your transmitter which will have the CR2 battery and the O-ring. Just search the Leisurepro catalog for it.

SHAUN Q Oceanic and Aeris (and Sherwood) get their computers from the same company (Pelagic Pressure Systems), so the insides of the Oceanic Vt3 and the Aeris Elite T3 are the same, there are just cosmetic differences. This battery kit will work, however if you use any o-ring other than one specifically supplied by Oceanic then it voids any warranty. If your computer is still in warranty, your best bet is to purchase the Oceanic battery kit specifically for the VT3.

Some regulators have 1/2" Ports on the first-stage for high-flow hoses, but all dive resorts usually carry only the minimum in spare parts, so don't lose out on a vacation dive because you now need to hunt the entire island for the right size hose.
