Monica s This does not have an air cell, it is a harness only. If you choose essential equipment Buoyancy Compensators, then narrow down by choosing the brand Hollis you will see the various options for a bladder sizes, various tanks mounts, and other modular accessories depending on your needs. You will need a harness, bladder and tank mounting accessories at a minimum depending on what you are needing, if you are considering a modular type system.
