We are using this Octo with a US Divers Titan LX with no issues. Doesn't free flow but is a bit hard to the draw when using. You trade one feature off for the other. Also very light in weight
I would buy it again.

It was very hard to breathe off the Genesis S.K.O Octo. I switched to the Zeagle Octo/Inflater combo. (For me, the hose was more in my way than the regulator)
I also have a ScubaPro R295 Octo- which I would recommend, but it's in a whole different price range.
There are several other choices under $100 that may be better- or perhaps look for the used/open box models? My advice would be to look for something that breathes easier - the last thing someone in an out of air situation needs is to feel like they are inhaling through a brick
