JEFF S Not to worry Jim! This mask has an adjustable strap that can accomodate any size head. I just came back from scuba diving with this same mask thats four years old . It still works flawlessly in 40ft of water. Enjoy!!
JEREMY S I wear a size 7 5/8 hat, and this mask has more room to adjust bigger, so yes. It would work great for you.

DAVID M Fitting onto your head is no problem since the mask straps are plenty long to accommodate a diver wearing a hood. The issue is mask seal on your face. The SM5700 is not a child's size, nor narrow women's size, but is designed for an average adult face. It really should work for you. (Note: any facial hair normally breaks mask seal and you'll be using the purge valve constantly.)
JENNIFER G I'm not sure since my head is about average in size, possibly even small. But there is plenty of strap for adjustment and in overall quality and price, this mask cannot be beat.
I have purchased 4 of them for our family. Everyone is quite happy with them and I believe that my husband and son have large-sized heads..
STEPHEN B I purchased the mask for my wife, but I have worn it too. My wife tells me I have a big head sometimes, but I think she is just fooling around. I do wear a x-large in a motorcycle helmet. The adjustable strap that comes with the mask still has plenty of adjustment left when I wear the mask. Hope this helps. Have fun and be safe.

JEFF S I have an average size nose but I still have lots of room. I find the mask very comfortable.The nose portion of the mask is very soft. The mask also has lasted 3 years of my abuse. A very good quality mask.
RYAH H I'm 6ft1in 225lbs and it works just fine for me. I wouldn't say I have a large nose but it works on my face just fine and my nose kind of has a witch like turn down to it.
JEREMY S My experience is that it would. I have a bit larger nose -- wide at the nostrils and a little tall at the bridge -- and I find I have plenty of extra room with it. One of the things I love about it is the fact that it's smaller than a lot of masks out there.
DAVID M This should be OK with any nose but you may want to figure out a 'hands on' test somehow. If you've tried other masks with little issue, the Genesis SM5700 should work fine. My face is oval with a longer nose and this mask was a perfect fit.
MELINDA M I love my purge mask. It is so much easier to clear than a regular mask. I have a round face and the nose area is no problem at all for me. There is plenty of room from the bottom of my nose to the actual purge. The only problem you could have is if you pop your ears by holding your nose....the actual purge doesnt allow you to squeeze your nose as easily as with a traditional mask. If I were you I would not hesitate.....buy it!!!!!
JENNIFER G I would say yes. My nose is rather small and I have three of these masks. My husband and son both have larger noses and they use these masks as well. So I think they work fine on a variety of different noses. Great mask at a great price.
Shopper What is the difference between the "Black" and "All Black" options?
LeisurePro S The 'black' option has a black frame and clear skirt, while the 'all black' has a black frame and black skirt.
Shopper I am looking at a Genisis Panview 4 purge mask and Oceanic ultra dry snorkel. What accessories should I also get, i.e. anti-fog, protective case, strap, etc.?
LeisurePro S Well, essential accessories will be anti-fog (AQUASAF) and a back up mask strap (AQUMS) in case the one on the mask breaks when your out on a boat. The mask will come in a case that you can store it in. After that, some things I really like are a snorkel keeper (UDRSK) and a strap cover (AQUNS) which is great for keeping your hair untangled from the mask (which can get really nasty if you have long hair). We have lots of different styles/variety in these products, I've just pointed out a few basic ones.
Shopper Hi, i just left you a question, concerning SNORKELS.. and i forgot to ask you, WHAT is the DIFFERENCE between a WET SNORKEL, and a DRY SNORKEL??
LeisurePro S Dry snorkel will allow no water to enter the unit when submerged with your mouth on it. Non dry will fill and you will need to purge it upon resurfacing.
Shopper What is the purge for? I really don't know the advantages of purge.
