Nic D Will this work with the Oceanic Excursion BC?
KEVIN S Oceanic and Aeris are related companies targeting different markets. Many of their products are identical or cross-compatible. For example, the Aeris Airlink and Oceanic Air XS are essentially the same procuct, just different branding. It should work but only way to know for sure is either call Oceanic/Aeris Customer service or order it and try it out. If not, return it. I have never had a problem returning things to Leisurepro if they weren't quite what I needed.

Shopper I am purchasing the ex200 bcd, will i be able to attach this directly to it or do i need to by the the unit with the attached longer hose??

NATHANIEL B Yes, your hose that is on your ex200 should work. All you have to do is cut the zip tie for the inflator hose, slide a metal pin out that is on a cable for your pull to dump valve, and reverse the sequence to install. Super easy!
I used my at 90 ft and it works great!! I would not enjoy a 40 min dive on it, but that is not was it designed to do. It's a great piece of emergency equipment.

Whats in the box:Aeris Air Link Inflator/Regulator, Owners Manual The Aeris Air Link Inflator replaces the conventional BC power inflator and second stage octopus by combining the functions of both into a single unit. When you're taught how to dive you are given practice in buoyancy control more than any other skill. Once you start to dive, every time you go underwater, fin the reef, or surface you use buoyancy control. All this time your octopus second stage regulator hangs unused and out of mind. When a real life out-of-air situation occurs and the stress and anxiety mounts, you find yourself fumbling for a piece of equipment you never use, the octopus! Combining your inflator device (that you use on every dive) with your octopus Regulator assures your ability to react properly when an out-of-air emergency occurs. Be a safe diver with the Air Link Breathable Inflator. The Air Link Regulator/Inflator incorporates a reliable downstream demand valve regulator function for ease of breathing, low maintenance and durability. The large purge cover makes clearing water from the second stage fast and easy, regardless of the emergency situation. The high flow quick disconnect hose assures ample air delivery and inflation to the Air Link. The corrugated hose has a cable pull dump mechanism that makes deflation of the BCD quick and easy. The integrated Overpressure Relief valve (OPV) located in the upper (shoulder) unit automatically vents excess pressure from the BCD during ascent by pulling down on the inflator mechanism, or vents excessive pressure if over pressurized with the power inflator. To protect the inflator QD inflator nipple the unit is equipped with a protective cap when not connected to the inflator hose. Inflator devise has a large easy to locate power inflator button and a smaller oral inflation button to manually inflator or deflate the BCD. The 16" (40.6 cm) hose will not create clutter or excess drag in the water. Air Link comes with Aeris 24 month limited warranty.
