JAMES E I use this lens with my Canon video housing, which has a 67mm threaded lens (outside of housing). The IKELITE website shows this same measurement for external wet lenses. So Yes, I do believe this BigEye lens will fit your IKELITE housing for your Canon S95 camera. Enjoy!

The lens is made of optical glass, hard coated plastic and lightweight 17.74 oz (503g) corrosion resistant anodized aluminum.
