Shopper I am looking to buy some fins for recreational snorkeling. The fins I have now are too narrow and my feet hurt really bad by the time I'm done snorkeling. I wear a size 12.5 men's shoe and have pretty wide feet. Do you think these fins would be comfortable? Are they reasonably wide?
JAMES Y Yes, they are very comfortable and wide foot pocket. Fins are wide too; works very good in water. I am very please with the product.

Shopper Can anyone tell me about the stiffness/flexibility of this fin? Would it be suitable for frog kicking? Thanks -
LAURA W I don't think I'd get it for frog kicking, its a bit too long for that. The fin is ridged on the sides and of medium flexibility. Its a great fin, with excellent power and very light weight.....but for frog kicking...maybe not so much.
MATT R Very stiff fin. Not much flexibility but good all round. Great in strong ocean currents. Frog kicking not so sure might want a more flexible fin for that activity
VALERIE V These were purchased for both my husband & I. We are both pleased with how well they fit, how comfortable they are and how easy they were to use. They allowed us to move very well through the water ... my husband feels that they would work well with a frog-kick. Enjoy~
JARED G I can tell you from my experience that they are pretty stiff. I believe I know what you mean by frog kicking and the fins I believe would work well enough in most stituations like that.
Shopper how do you choose women sizes?
STANLEY C Well as a warm water boat diver I ALWAYS use a Full Foot Split fin. I needed to try booties and open heel for a shore diving trip to Bonaire. Tried the Deep Sea Pulse Open Heel Fins and booties for 1 dive from the boat and jumped back into my full foot for 2nd boat dive. Disliked how the boot and open heel felt and worked compared to full foot. Used water slippers that I stuffed into bc pocket and my old time favorite split fins in Bonaire. However just purchased AquaLung Hotshots from Leisure Pro for travel/airline contraints and have yet to test dive them, hope for better results.
