KEVIN J I have knee problems, love the ease of in and out with the strap-on fins as opposed to the fixed-size slip on fins. Also, once in a while I bring reef shoes for walking the coast. I can put these on under my fins so I don't have to carry them when swimming to shore.

Shopper sizing........these men sizes or women's?
JOANN T Use the "mm" measurement rather than shoe size. If you own a pair of fins, check underside for the measurement and order based on that fit.
KEVIN J Seems to me they are men's sizes. But the are adjustable, so there's a lot of latitude.

Rule of thumb is 2 sizes down from women's to men's -- ergo, a men's 8.5 - 9 would be your target size -- which is more typically a men's "medium." Small will probably be too small and large probably about one size too big. Good luck.
BRAD J i would order large, keep in mind these are NOT scuba fins - they will not accomidate a bootie unless you order 2-3x larger, even then if you are considering then for scuba, I would advise against, I bought them and they were not usable for scuba
Brian T I am men's size 9.5 and I have a neosport 3mm low top pull on bootie size 10. What size would I need so that I can wear the bootie with the fins? Are the fins made to be worn with (accomdate) a bootie or are the sized for bare feet?

They work great with a full height, about 8 inches,zippered dive boot!
I do not know if they will work with a "pull-on" bootie!

JAMES V I wear a size 13 shoe - similar size bootie - and use booties with thick sole for walking (sorry but don't recall the make). Have used the fins WITH the booties - they are NOT for use with a bare foot! Even with the thick sole, no problem with the booties. A GREAT deal for the price - my wife got them, too. Hers were too big and we easily returned for size down. I would go with the fins for a size 10 - they are made to work with booties - you should have plenty of room. Enjoy.
RICH W I can't find their size ranges for this brand but with adjustable straps or open heel fins buy the size that accommodate your 9.5-10. You wouldn't want it too big but large is better than being too small and therefore uncomfortable. Good luck. I'd guess they call your size range Lg. but not sure. good luck
NEIL B Great fins. I believe they are sized for bare feet. I have heavy, scuba fins that are sized for boots that I use in winter.

MATTHEW M They're fine for swimming without boots, but if you're going very far or being very active, I would recommend a pair of fin socks because the rubber can rub your foot after a while. I've worn them at the beach all day and been fine. I wear fin socks when swimming laps (about 1 mile).
CONNIE Z No, these fins are great but you def. need to wear neo or lycra socks with them. I wouldn't get anything molded as there is alot of support within the foot pocket of the fin. Wearing them barefoot would be uncomfortable as the foot pocket is very firm.

LeisurePro S No, I would recommend the small. I would also recommend wearing them with a boot which will be both more comfortable and take up some wiggle room.
