Thomas K I am uncertain what size to get. I am 6', 205lbs, 35" waist,and about a 44 inch chest. From the sizing chart, I look to be a XL5; however,my chest size is outside of their range. Will the XL5 fit correctly?
MARK K Thomas. I am 5'11" at 170lb 42/43 chest and purchased a L. Suit fits perfectly. Even with additional 3ml top and integrated hood suit is snug but comfortable. Hope this helps. Great suit. Good choice.

GREGORY W Get a size bigger. I'm usually an xl and had to get a 2 xl. It is a great wet suit.
Shopper Does this suit have a dry suit style zipper. Meaning waterproof, like you could take it to the moon?
Or is the zipper one of those that are semi waterproof.
Also is the zipper vertical or horizontal?

BRAVEN B This suit has a 'semi-waterproof zipper' typical of good wetsuits that will allow some water ingress. Having said that, the suit does seal well and I have been in the suit snorkeling in rivers for 30-45 minutes and much of the body inside still be dry. The zipper is vertical.
MIKHAIL K Regular non-waterproof vertical zipper on the back. You will sure need a hooded vest for this suit in cold water. The suit is really good, very flexible, except for bulky zippers on both hands. I'm standard m-size man, and it fits me perfectly.
JOSEPH F This is a typical wetsuit with the exception of additional seals at wrists and ankles. This is because these areas have zippered closures. The rear zipper is vertical pull as most wetsuits are. This is NOT a drysuit by any means. But I am extremely satisfied and glad I chose this product.
RON N The zipper on the Cressi Lontra 7 mil is a vertical zipper (pulls up the middle of the back), and although it is a good heavy-duty zipper with a pretty effective seal around the neck, it still does allow a small amount of water to get in.
ANDRE B It is not a drysuit style zipper and it zips vertically in the back with the help of an attached lanyard.

JOHN S The Cressi Lontra does not have a dry suit style zipper. It has a vertical semi waterproof/wetsuit zipper. The zipper is the only relatively minor flaw in an otherwise great suit for the price.

The Zipper isn't 100% waterproof, there is a bit of cold water that comes in and gives you a chill on the back for a few seconds, when diving in cold water.
The zipper is vertical,, on the back.
I still like it a lot, it's a good piece.

The zipper is the least thing I like about the suit. A lot of water flow throw the zipper. All in all a good suit.

JOSEPH M I have this suit and used it for the first time 7/14. It is not as heavy as I would have thought for being a one piece 7mil. I love the bend cuts in the knee that prevent bunching and the extra seals at the wrists and ankles. I would absolutelt recommend this to anyone diving in cooler water!

My suit is an xtra- large and it
weighs 6 pounds - dry, remember that
when the suit gets wet it will weight more.
I would suggest drying before flying to
reduce weight.

The wrists are sealed with double cuffs: 3 mm Ultraspan neoprene on the outside, over a cuff in 2 mm Metallite, whilst at the ankle there is also a zip to help when putting on and taking off.
