Questions about this item:
Shopper Why Did You Choose This?
JORGE G what was i thinking waste
NELSON M Best fin on the market. Wont dive on anything else and havent in many years. longer, stiff blade fins give you so much more thrust and control especially in heavy current. Something you wont find in split fins. Dont buy the hype.
WILLEM V good kick nice propulsion
ANDREAS B ON a recomendation of a friend... Great fin havent been disapointed yet. I would buy theses again
Shopper Did someone uses the EZ Spring Fin Strap with this fins?
RICHARD C These Cressi Master Frog Fins Are Great, I like the longer lenght
DANNY S Yes , I have a pair of these fins in the L/ XL size and use the size large fin springs and they work very well.
Shopper i wear a nrs neoprene boot, size m 8 1/2. i'm thinking the m/l would be right for me?
JORGE G I think these fins are garbage their still in my closet. There made out of hard plastic. invest something better I'm useing a bat fin from Holis
CHUCK H I wear a size 11 neoprene boot in the Master Frog fin with spring straps and have experienced a comfortable fit with no problems.
The Master Frog boot compartment is spacious; you may have a more secure fit using an adjustable fin strap. Hope this info helps.
ALESSANDRA G I believe it would be the right size for you. Remember it always depends on the thinkness of your neoprene boot, some are wider others are slimmer... being 8 1/2 you will have no problem for M/L.
MARK H Yes try med lg fins, there adjustable only in the heel , these are good all around diving fins.
WILLEM V hello
i have used those fin for years and like them now I'm doing 2 to 6 dive /month and had no problem with them
BRIAN F I wear the XL and usually wear a 2mm warm water boot with them but there is room for cold water boots if I needed them.
LEONARD A Although I purchased these fins in December, 2011, I have not yet used them and purchased them for summer diving in South Florida. They have had good reviews so I feel sure they will work fine.
david e are these fins good for snorkeling and shallow free dives (20-25')? what size for man with size 10 tusa boots 5mm, med-lrg, lrg-xlrg?
FRANK R The fins are somewhat too ridget and stiff for scuba diving. However, I think they would be good for free diving. As far as the size, I wear a 14 Tusa boot so I ordered an extra large.
MARK H These are good scuba diving fins, not to stiff but good with a heavy tank on your back. I wear a size 10.5 shoes and i bought the med lg fins, they fit nice. But for free diving the closed heel fins are better foot support ,but in warm water you dont need a neoprene booties. ok I would reccomend the Cressi sub gara 2000, if you can find them, they are longer blades but good for actual freediving or spearfishing.Good luck MGH.
ALESSANDRA G These fins are great for snorkeling and free dives in general. Not as large as the spearfishing ones, but large enough. One kick put you up to speed very fast. You should try size M-L.
ALESSANDRA G These fins are great for snorkeling and free dives in general. Not as large as the spearfishing ones, but large enough. One kick put you up to speed very fast. You should try size M-L.
STEPHEN S David,
I have used these for free dives up to 60 to 70ft, and yes they are good for snorkling. I use them to catch fish for my aquariums. They give great speed with minimal exertion.
I wear an ex lrg pair of Cressi Frog Fins. My normal shoe size is 12.5 - to 13. So with my booties on, the Ex Lrg was the right size. I would say a large with your booties on would be the right size, but to be sure; just do the following.
Take your booties and go to your local sporting goods store or dive shop and explain you are trying to find the right fit for you, Do not tell them you are ordering offline, then find the most comfortable fit with your booties on. That is your size. Try several different brands to make sure.
hope this helps, Steve
BRETT S I bought these fins for exactly that, my apollo split fins were horrible for casual freediving. I love my master frogs, I use them for everything now...
BRANDEN M I use them for abalone diving on the northern California coast. They are a bit longer than I'd like just for snorkeling, but once they get under water they're great. Had them for two years and a dozen dive trips. Good as new.
Adjustable strap is nice, I wear 7mm size 12 and cinch down strap about 40-45%. Not sure what manufacturer recommends but I'd say either would work for you. Large you'd need to cinch down a bit more and medium, not as much. Depends on how wide or narrow your size ten foot is.
JOEL S I just purchased them and have only tested them in the pool against the Apollo and Mantarays. They seem more powerful and very comfortable. I'm sure they would be fine for snorkeling and shallow free dives.
DAVID C Yes these fins are exactly what I was looking for. perfect for that range and further. I wear a 13,( with wet socks) so i have the lg, xlg, and have plenty of extra room. I would probably go with the md-lrg. bu maybe just do a little further research. all in all a great fin, generates alot of speed when needed without haveing your legs swim a marathon. hope this helps and happy diving.
TIM H They would be a very good choise for free diving. I use them for scuba and stopped worrying about fighting currents. I wear an 11 booty with a Lg. finn, so the med.=Lg would probably be right for you.
EDWARD S These are a little too large for recreational snorkeling..too much fin for the fun!
Shopper what long is the frog in the zize 15?
ERIC M Sorry I can't help you. I don't have this fins anymore. I think they are about 20% longer and 15 % wider than regular fins.
WILLEM V they are slightly longer than the average fins by 3 inches or so sorry i did not measure them i since use a different fin for tech diving hope this help
Shopper Wide foot pocket? I wear size 13 EEEE shoes.
DAVID C ! wear 13 D not quite as big as your foot but there remains ample room in the foot pocket. I even wear a water sock while using these fins, and my foot sits easily, i would reccomend these! great fin
RONALD M It is fairly wide foot pocket. and deep. I got the XL size and wearing thick hard soled boots there is all kinds of room. I have the straps almost all the way tightened. I don't wear a EEEE, just kind of a normal width 12-13 mens. Sorry I can't answer better than that. they are great fins though. lots of power with very little effort. But they are BIG, so I would hope so. Somebody wrote in one of the reviews about them being heavy.....but either clueless or writing about another fin. (either way clueless) They are some of the lightest fins out there. the frog fins are heavy, but not the "master Frogs". Cressi's website might have better info about width.
I would tell you to never try the "Pro-Lites" if you have a wide foot. that pocket is much more narrow than the masterfrogs. I got a pair just kind of for backup and coz they were cheap. good luck, they are great fins.
MARK H Fins try before you buy, I have the m/l frog fins and a10.5 d width foot and they fit fine, these fins are not to stiff or long and are good for scuba diving. Good luck.
SYDNEY C My feet are 9.5EEEE and there's adequate room in the foot pocket for my width while wearing size 12 vulcanized sole booties that are too wide. So, they're pretty wide.
ALESSANDRA G Hello there, I bought two pairs last year size M-L. pocket has 9 cm high/11cm wide. It is very comfortable and wider than average for recreational fins. If you are really looking forward a very wide one, you could go for a tech fin as Dive Rite EXP Spring Heel Fins
or Hollis F1. I have those two and I guarantee they are both very wide.
BRETT S Not particularly wide but fit well with my size 13 foot with 5mm booties..great fin too.
BRIAN F I wear the same shoe size and with a 3mm boot they fit fine, haven't tried them with thicker boots
CHUCK H The foot area is 4.25 inches wide and 3-3/8 high at the laces area with a depth of 7 inches from toe to the part that rests on the top of the foot (laces area). I am a size 11- medium width. I always wear a boot and secure with spring straps. The foot pocket area is large and roomy. I'm very pleased with the Master Frog; their longer than typical fins and can present new challenges when maneuvering on a boat. Easy to use varied kick styles depending on diving circumstances.
They are an eye catcher. Hope this helps.

Whats in the box:Pair of Cressi Master Frog Fins The first strapped fin molded using the exclusive and patented Cressi system with 3 materials. The three materials consist of a comfortable thermo-rubber (elastomer) foot pocket that extends up the side rails of the blade. The second material is the revolutionary new dual density (techno polymer) polypropylene which forms the blade, and in conjunction with the third silicone based material creates a channeling effect. The channeling effect is the characteristic of the fin that enables a high level of energy to be transferred in both up and down strokes of the kick pattern. The Master Frogs blade with its unequalled reactivity has stringers and reinforcements that are molded from resistant copolymer. The rather long blade, deriving directly from the Gara 2000 model, makes it possible to get the most out of the flexible-propulsive power of the techno polymer material. The absence of side stringers in the final section of the blade makes it possible to side-slip the fin easily in the water, alternating strong strides with frog kicks to break up the strain and to allow fining indefinitely. The anatomically computer designed foot pocket guarantee perfect blockage of the foot and allows ideal transmission of the leg-fin thrusts. Master Frog is the thoroughbred of the Cressi range of open-heeled fins. Its power is unsurpassed and the fins are extremely lightweight. This light- weightiness reduces the inertial masses to the minimum allowing less resistance to acceleration when needed. This gives the full advantage of the effort-efficiency ratio. Fin is equipped with impact and corrosion resistant quick-release buckles with quality rubber straps. This fin is designed for Scuba professionals, instructors and technical divers who will appreciate its efficiency. Fins are available in sizes Small/Medium, Medium/Large or Large/X-Large are Black in color and are covered by a 12 month limited warranty. Product Videos:

It would also make it great for rentals in a diving center or on a charter boat, without requiring an infinite number of sizes... more
