Shopper Does this bag roll down to make it smaller? Would it fit a camera that is about an 1-1/2inches? Is there a way to attach it to a belt?
LeisurePro S Yes, this would fit the camera (bag is about 5" wide and about 8" tall) and could be rolled down if there is space left over. Besides, the attached cord, this is no special attachment for putting it on a belt, but I'm sure with some innovation, you could get it attached :)

Whats in the box:Dry Pouch This conveniently sized pouch fits a wallet, small camera and travel documents. Keep your valuables dry on any travel adventure. Dry Bag is made from 70D nylon with polyurethane coating. The nylon is puncture and tear resistant that withstands the elements and abrasion. The seams are thermal fabric welded for a waterproof bond. This pouch also features a clear PVC back window for easy viewing of contents and allows the operation of buttons for walkie-talkies and GPS units. The main pocket has a Velcro roll down closure, and the pouch is equipped with a slim neck strap with toggle that's adjustable as well as two attachment grommets.
