Shopper I'm 5'9", 170 - 172 lb, chest 42", waist 33". Confused about your sizing chart. What size to pick?

JONATHAN L I'm a bit of a different build, but maybe this will help: I bought the same suit in an XL and it fits great. I'm 6' at 210# with 46" chest. It's a good suit at a great value ... I like it a lot.

KEVIN J I weigh 185 and the Bare in MED/LG fits very good. it is easy to put on and take off and is comfortable. I certainly would not go with a LG. My waist is 36.
DARIUSZ G I'd go one size bigger. I'm 6'4" and usually XL is the size I buy but following advice from other users I ordered it one size bigger and it worked for me. After all you can always exchange it with free shipping I guess.

JANALEE T We have 6 Bare wetsuits ranging from 3mm to 7mm - men and women's-. We find Bare's sizing chart to be right on. I recommend you find the sizing chart and follow the size recommendations. My son has this suit and loves it.
STANLEY C I am 6'2' 185 LBS....The sizing chart worked great for me......can't remember chest measurement or what I ordered, but my waist is 36. My suit fits great.
DAVID W I'm 5'11", 175-180, waist 32". I purchased the medium/large and the suit was perfect. Not too tight but not loose. Length was good.
STUART ANTHONY P Well, I am 6ft, 175lbs, 42" chest, and 33" waist. I ordered a large and the sizing shows 5'11"-6'1". It is a little big but still feels good. The arms are a little loose, but it is a 2mm. I think since you are 5'9" the LShort would be fine. The suit is great! I volunteer at an aquarium and have used it about 25 times now over the last year and a half. Made very well. Plus it looks great. I have the blue one. It would be a great purchase.
