Cala B I wear a 7-8 and a small fit, so a medium should work for you.
PAT N I wear a men's 9.5 shoe and have the Large 9 - 11 fins. They fit great and I've never had an issue.
CAYETANO G hi Ann,I wear size 12 which the fins tha I got are size 11-13,to feel comfortable with my fins I use the strap that I call trident straps,it keep my feet tight with the fins

Sarah B Do these fins run on shoe size or fin size? For example, if I wear a size 8 shoe, would I get a medium or something smaller? (i.e, extra small. I wear a 3 in Cressi).
RODNEY B I would get a medium and expect them to be easy to get on , or a small and expect them to be a little snug.
I wear an 11 , got a large , and they fit just right , just snug enough to not worry about slipping off.
By the way they are really great fins.

TIM G I ordered a men's size 11 and they fit well. I would suggest buying the next larger size. If I had worn a 2mm sock I believe my fins would have been too tight. Hope this helps.
