DANIEL E I really don't know the differences between the 2013 and the 2012 because I have a 2011. This is an excellant suit that is very warm and fits me perfect. Bare seems to be the suit for me because of the fit. I also have a 3mm Bare that is excellant too. Daniel
Pete H I only have the 2012 suit so I can't compare....I use it primarily for cave diving in 38-70 degree waters and it has been better than the Pinnacle suits I also have...It's more comfortable and easier to get on & off....Hope this helps.......
STEVE L I have a two part hooded suit that is for diving. I owned a O'Neill one peice with a hooded top that I realy liked but they discontinued it. looks like the BARE suit here is like the O'Neill.
Shopper Does the Bare 7mm suit run small or large on the sizing charts?
JOACHIM G It is true to the sizing chart.
ROBERT S It seems to run slightly small, but it stretches very well, making it very comfortable.
KEVIN G I would say it runs slightly large but not anything to worry about. I think it depends on your body shape. For me anyway, I was glad as I needed the size in my shoulders, chest, and thighs. The mid portion of the suit was the slightly larger part. Overall I really like the suit and am happy that I chose this one.

DAVID P My Bare 7mm Elastek was right on size, not small, not large, dead on.
ROD K I sized the suit according to the Bare size chart. If anything it fit slightly on the small size in the arms but other than that it fit perfectly. For me the sizing chart was spot on.
ROD K I would say it ran towards the smaller size. If you follow the Bare size chart it provides alot of combinations of different sizes.
RALPH B I found the "XL short" to be just right for me: 5'91/2"; 210 lb; waist 38..I also have the suit in 5mm...excellent suits.

MARC O From my experience, I would say their size charts are right on. I'm 6'4", 195 lbs, 33" waist. According to their size charts, I was a medium/tall in all areas except height, for which the MT was about 2 inches too short for me. I ordered the MT since it seemed the best overall fit, and it fit perfectly.
EDWARD B Your question is a bit general. I am large framed and most suits are just not made to fit a broad chest. My experience with BARE is that the material realy stretches and moves great. THe suit fits me better than most other suits I have tried on in the same size. THis is not to say that the BARE suit is loose or cut large. It is more a factor of the material's ability to stretch more than most coupled with the egonomic shape of the suit.
I own 2 Bare suits as result of the fit. The price tag is an added benefit.
Victor A True to size for me as well. Please measure yourself and compare measurements to sizing chart. This worked for me.
