CATHRYN M I ordered the Med, I wears women's 10 or mens 8-9. I wore booties and I could Just get my foot into the boot part; so if you wear a mens 10 or larger & want to wear a bootie, get a larger size.
Marilyn S The fins are sized as follows: S/M 3.5 - 6 , M/L 6.5 - 10, L/XL 10.5 - 13 (the numbers are mens sizes, women go two number sizes down). These are the snorkeling version of the Mares Volo fins.
Whats in the box:Pair of Head Volo One Snorkel Fins with Mesh Bag The HEAD VOLO One is the snorkeling version of the famous MARES Volo Power fin. The Volo One fin is a gigantic leap forward in fin technology. The Volo uses Mares Optimized Pivoting Blade system (OPB); the Volo is 30% more efficient than traditional fins. The OPB allows the blade to maintain an optimal angle throughout the kicking cycle, whereas traditional fins achieve this only during a small portion of the cycle, OPB produces a constant thrust, which minimizes fatigue and produces fluid movement through the water. The Volo also allows you to use alternate kick strokes not possible with splits fins. The Volo Super-Channel is designed for the diver who wants the perfect blend of power and efficiency in one fin. The new blade design with a large central Super-channel and two traditional lateral channels provide excellent thrust while maintaining hi-efficiency and minimizing leg fatigue. The blade is constructed of Tecralene and Thermoplastic rubber for extended durability. The foot pocket delivers maximum power and evenly distributes pressure over the foot to minimize fatigue. The foot pocket interior features internal ribbing that improves fit, eliminates foot suction and prevents foot pocket flexing, while transmitting more power to the blade. Volo One uses Quick-Release Buckles for easy Adjustments and Donning and Doffing. Fins are available in 3 Sizes in 2 Color Choices. Fins also include a Free Mesh Carry Bag with Drawstring Closure and are covered by a 2 Year Limited Warranty.
