MICHAEL P The 17x26 is the "stretched" size. When flat, the bag is approx 16 inches deep (excluding handle), 20 inches wide. The ID of opening
is 16 & 1/2 inches. I restrung the netting around the hoop as it seemed
to be too lightweight for my use (collecting scallops). But it's worth the price.
