Kathleen H There are two 1mm women's wetsuits and two 1mm men's wetsuits that are the same price. What is the advantage of one over the other, pros and cons of each?.
KATHLEEN D I havent worn the women's Cressi 1mil but I do own the Neosport 1mil woman's suit.. Women's suits are typically cut very small but this suit is generously cut through the chest and shoulders and a good fit if you are busty.This suit is very easy to get on and off and comfortable and I highly recommend it..
I wear men's suits in other brands because they tend to fit me better in the chest and shoulder area.
KAREN S I don't know about the other wetsuits since I only bought the Neo Sport 1 mm suit. I used it in Belize to go snorkeling and it was comfortable and worked well for me. It was sunny and warm (air temperature probably in the 80s) and the water temp was probably high 70s, and I was comfortable with that thickness. I am 5'8" and have long arms and legs, and the jumpsuit fit me well. I hope that helps!
Shopper I plan on using this at Grand Caymen Insland is this going to keep me warm? also in my swimming pool in Fl.?
KATHLEEN D This suit is a little bit thicker than a dive skin. I dont chill easily, so this is something that I would wear in water temps over 76 degrees-Grand Cayman and Florida from spring-fall. I love the suit; it is generously cut through the chest and shoulders and very easy to put on.
LISA A It depends on the time of year and how tolerant you are to cooler water. This is perfect for summer water temps in the caribbean, but probably not winter.

I used this jumpsuit when I went snorkelling in Belize in March a few years ago and it was great. The water was fairly warm and it was sunny so I was comfortable, but I don't know how good it would be in Florida if the weather and water temperatures were colder. I have a much thicker weatsuit that I use for windsurfing in New Jersey where the water is cooler, but it isn't as flexible and would probably be cumbersome for swimming. So, this 1mm suit would probably work for swimming laps in Florida.
MICHAEL M I would see no problem wearing it in a swimming pool in FL (you might be too warm). This would not nearly be enough for me to wear in Grand Cayman. Even in tropical waters, I need a 5m suit to be comfortable. When I wore this suit in the Caymans, it was June and I had a 2m vest over it and was still cold. I ended up renting a 5m suit. The suit fits well but I get cold easily.
JON S Should be perfect for Caymans. Fit is excellent and that makes a big difference in comfort and warmth is right on the money.
CATHERINE M I would not count on a 1 mm to keep you totally warm. It is good protection and I wear it under a thicker wetsuit to add warmth when I need it.
ANN H I bought to wear in CZM in June. No issues with keeping warm but will depend on your water temps. Liked the suit for the purose I use, i.e,. just a cover up to keep from bumping into something I might not like.

MELINDA M It's been a while since I purchased that wet suit and have since sold it. If I recall, they run small. If it doesn't fit, you can always return it.
Shopper how does this feel on the skin? looking to use to go swimming in local indoor public pool.
JOHN H I got one for myself and daughter, both of us like them. I am sure if you get the right fit you can use it in the pool. I think it fits/feels great.
ROBYN B As a lap swimmer myself, I would not recommend this suit for swimming. I use it for snorkeling and scuba. It is too constricting for swimming. I would recommend using dive skins by Henderson for some protection during swimming.
ANN H Should be OK for indoor swimming but haven't used that way myself. Only in the ocean.
CATHERINE M It feels fine. It is thin, stretchy, and comfortable.

SCOTT R There are no feet, just a strap that goes under your foot. The model in the photo is wearing booties, not included with wetsuit.
LISA A No. There are no booties.
LISA T no full feet, just a strap that goes around the bottom of the foot.
MARSHA M There are no feet connected to the jumpsuit. Also no stirrups for feet to hold the jumpsuit in place, but the legs stay down, do not ride up. You would either wear booties if using open heel fins or you have bare feet if using cllosed fins.
BETTY S What an interesting idea. No, there are no feet connected to the suit i purchased.
ANN H The feet do not have the 'stirrup' style connection. They are just ankle length.
DAVID P the wet suit which i purchased did not have feet separate or connected. The wet suit ended at the ankles.
ROBYN B Yes, the feet straps are connected to the suit. I love this extra layer and wear it with my shorty when ocean temps are cold.
Julie S Hi - I'm 5 10 1/2. I usually take a size 8, but should I go with a 10 for the length on this jumpsuit?
BETTY S If it were me i would order both and send back the one that doesnt fit. it is pretty stretchy but would depend on the length of your torso more than your overall height. you should have no trouble with the leg length i suspect.
MELINDA M I found that wetsuits typically run small. I wear a 6 and wore and 8 in the wetsuit. I really liked it. It can always be returned if it doesn't fit correctly. I went through several before I found one that I found comfortable.

Yes. My wife is about your size and she bought the size 10. It fit her perfectly. One caveat, this was a few years back and sizes to do change. LeisurePro is excellent at no hassle returns. If possible, buy both and see which fits better. If not possible go for the 10. Too much suit is better than not enough when it comes to tall women. :-D
Shopper So it says to order by weight but I'm 5'6" and usually around 135lbs. 10 or 12?
KOREN E I would guess 10, there is a lot of stretch in the fabric and a tighter fit will help keep the water out.
KATHLEEN D I would get the 10. I'm 5'4 and 170 and can wear the 12. Very comfortable and attractive suit and gerously cut in the shoulders and chest area.
I would by another if they offered different colors.

GWENDOLYN C The neck is 1 1/2" tall and fits snugly on my neck. I find snug fitting garments a bit uncomfortably, therefore I prefer front zippers. This suit works well if I leave the zipper open.
JEFFREY B My wife thinks the neck is a little tight. But i think they are designed that way to keep fresh water from getting in.

LeisurePro S A jumpsuit is simply the name of a the type of wetsuit is one full piece instead of two (a jacket + a farmer john).

LeisurePro S Yes, you could wear this under your shorty if you have a little bit of wiggle room in it ;) This suit is thin enough that it's flexible for sure for swimming. 1mm suits are really best for waters 75 degrees or higher.

LeisurePro S It is most important to match your height and weight measurements. If your chest/waist measurements are off by a few inches, no worries- just go with the one that matches your weight. It's also important to keep in mind that with wetsuits, the smaller, the better. The tightest suit you can fit into without it restricting your breathing is going to give you the best thermal insulation.
