The Xcel Thermo-Flex 6/5/4 mm Hood with Bib is Tough, Built to Last and will give you years of use. This Multi-Density Vented Hood with Inner Glide-Skin Face Seal and Contoured Chin assures Comfort and Warmth. The Vent eliminates Trapped Air that can occur when breathing from a Scuba Regulator or upon entering the water. The trapped air can cause cold water to enter the hood. With the Vent this problem is eliminated. The Inner Glide-Skin Face Seal will also keep outside water from entering the hood, allowing the water trapped in the hood to warm up to your body temperature keeping you warmer longer.

The Hoods Face Seal is equipped with Bar Tacks. These Bar Tacks allow you to Custom Trim the Face Seal without the fear of the Seams Separating, giving the Hood a better fit when wearing your dive mask. Hood is manufactured using a Thermo-Bamboo Inner Liner. This unique Liner is made from a Blend of Bamboo Charcoal-Infused Fibers and Recycled Poly Fibers. Thermo-Bamboo has Excellent Heat Retention and helps Improve Warmth.

All Seams are Double Glued and Blind Stitched for a Leak Proof Design to keep your Head Comfortable throughout the dive. The Xcel Thermo-Flex 6/5/4 mm Hoods Extended Bib allows Layering with your wetsuit increasing the Thermal Barrier in the Critical Neck and Chest area. Hood is available in 5 sizes from Small to 2X-Large and is covered by a 3 month limited warranty.
