The RX10 Sidemount features a longer cord that is mounted at a 70 degree angle to the canister lid.This allows the sidemount diver to butt mount or tank mount the light with minimal strain to the light cord while a ten extra inches of length provides ample flexibility for light placement in either hand or when scootering.

The RX10 is the next generation in our advanced LED lighting systems. It's 30% brighter than its predecessor with a tight, fixed focus beam. As always, the RX brand utilizes an intelligent microprocessor control unit to keep the light operating at peak efficiency. This smart controller monitors the battery voltage, alerts the diver to low battery upon turn on and monitors temperature for device protection.

At full power, the RX10 has a seven hour burn time, however, using smart technology, the RX10's microprocessor thinks for the diver and automatically switches from full power to a graduated voltage drop to extend battery run-time while maintaining usable light. A key added safety feature is the battery check function. The diver can check battery state-of-charge by simply switching the unit on. If the unit flashes three rapid pulses, the diver knows that the battery is low before the dive and will start in the half-power setting.

The RX10 employs a CREE¦ XLamp¦ LED with a system lumen rating of 750 lumens. Atone meter, the RX10 boasts a LUX rating greater than 9,500 lumens. Designed for technical diving, the RX10 sports a tight 10-degree beam that is useful for signaling, yet covers enough area to illuminate the surrounding environment for better awareness as well as viewing pleasure

The RX10 comes standard with our Goodman metal hand mount, an elastic hand mount, our Quick Belt Mount, and banana plug power connections. The RX10 NiMH batteries do not contain lithium and therefore are not subject to TSA travel restrictions. NiMH Smart Charger comes standard with a US power cord and automatically adjusts to 110/220 volts AC and 50/60Hz frequency.

Do not plug the battery into the light head while out of the canister. Even whenthe light is off, if the battery is plugged in backwards it can create reverse polarity and damage the light. Always use a fresh, properly charged battery in order to achieve rated burn times.
