These are the original rescue cans developed by Bob Burnside, the L.A. county chief over 30 years ago. We use only the strongest cross-linked polyethylene, molded, pebble-grained hand grips to reduce slippage. Our cans have the thickest walls for strength, a heavy duty 2" nylon strap and 10' of 11/32" line. The 28" rescue can is for single victim rescue and the 34" rescue can is for multi victim rescue.

This backpack by KEMP has two large frontal pockets that measure 10"x13"x3" and the lower pocket has elastic loops on the inside. The upper pocket comes with a zippered pouch on the outside.
