This fin can be used by all levels of swimming to boost cardiovascular conditioning and accelerate speed during workouts. Fins will train your legs for speed and endurance and promotes a shorter and faster kick. The closed heel design creates a soft and secure fit and inhibits Hyper-Flexion. The Fin Blade Aligns with the natural angle of the foot and the ankle flexibility and range of motion are increased for an efficient kick. The Zoomers Gold Fins are appropriate for Fitness and Competitive Swimmers. Female users use one size smaller. Sizes available are: US 4.5 to 5, 6 to 7, 7.5 to 9, 9.5 to 10.5, 11 to 12.5 and 13 to 14 (EUR 35, 36 to 37, 38 to 39, 40 to 41, 41 to 43 and 43 to 44).
