Whats in the box:Zoggs 4-Stroke Positive Drive Fins Zoggs 4-Stroke Positive Drive Fins provide exceptional performance for unprecedented results. Positive Stroke Drive Fins are uniquely designed for all four competitive stokes. The Fin Blade specifically designed to provide Superior Propulsion and Power with Off-Set Foot Pockets that Transfer Natural Foot Power into Positive Drive. Positive Drive Fins Increase Foot and Ankle Flexibility for Increased Propulsion and are designed to Broaden the Front of the Foot and Reduce Pressure on the Instep and Toes. The Soft Silicone Rubber Foot Pocket has rounded edges so as not to irritate the foot when kicking. The Bottom of the fin has ridges on the heel for Positive Traction when on the Pool Deck. A hole in the bottom of the fin acts as a drain for residual water and does not allow a vacuum effect to accrue making removal of the fins easier. Fin is available in 5 sizes of Small US Shoe Size 7 to 8 (EUR 39 to41), Medium 8 to 9 (EUR 41 to 43), Large 10 to11 (EUR 43 to 45), X-Large 12 to 13 (EUR 45 to 47) and 2X-Large 13 to 14 (EUR 47 to 48.5). Fins are compact measuring 7" x 17" (17.8 x 43.2 cm), so you can even bring them when you travel
