jim m Can you advise which vests have a one handed valve movement to easily release the air for free diving. I believe some require the insertion of the cap or other small object which must be used to deflate and thus require fumbling in the water and the use of two hands (i.e. the newer Blue Reefs)?

I was quite happy with it after using it for a week in Cayman. It could benefit from "d" rings for attachments and/or a pocket. I wore a rash guard to prevent chafing. The valve worked perfectly. I also liked the visability in the water to others and boats.
