The Cayman G.I. Spear Gun is the same as the Cayman 2000 with a different barrel. Cayman GI features an Aluminum Barrel with Integrated Shaft Guide. Cayman GI is supplied with a 0.25" (6.5 mm) Shaft and Top Energy 0.65" (16.5 mm) Slings (band). CAYMAN HANDLE
The Cayman G.I. Spear Gun Handle is new, featuring Ergonomic and Mechanically Innovative Characteristics. The Triggering Mechanism is Highly Sensitive and Extremely Resistant to the Traction of the Bands. When gripping the guns handle, the position of the hunters hand is high in relation to the spear shaft, allowing quick aiming and greater absorption of gun recoil. The Line Release is manufactured in Die Cast Stainless Steel and is positioned on the side of the gun handle, allowing it to be used functionally with a reel. The Trigger Safety is also positioned on the side of the handle for easy release with minimal distraction when on the hunt. The Reel Guide is very slim allowing the space between the reel and the barrel to be reduced to the minimum.

CAYMAN ALUMINUM BARREL
The Cayman G.I. Aluminum Barrel Wall Thickness is 0.047" (1.2 mm) on the shorter models up to 37.4" (95 cm) and 0.060" (1.5 mm) on the longer models. This way the correct mass is guaranteed as well as the perfect stiffness of the barrel. The New Integrated Shaft Guide can accommodate shafts up to 0.28" (7 mm). Once the Spear Shaft is inserted in the track the shooting line doesn't need to be wrapped around the shaft in the muzzle. The Cayman G.I. Spear Gun is available in 8 Gun Lengths of 23.6" (60 cm), 29.53" (75 cm), 32.28" (82 cm), 35.4" (90 cm), 39.37" (100 cm), 43.3" (110 cm) and 51.18" (130 cm).
