Shopper How many pockets outside and inside, is it good for travel?
K B The Humvee Ranger Travel Vest has 3 pockets on each side in the front, one pouch in the back and two inside pockets. I took mine on a trip to France and loved it. I'm taking a cruise next year and planning on taking it with me. The only negative is that doesn't breathe real well. So, you can get quite warm in it.
RANDALL M Seven outside pockets and two inside breast pockets. Very comfortable and a good piece of clothing to have while traveling.

TIM J Hello. I used this vest for over two weeks in Paris and London last spring and it was invaluable! It held up very well in all types of weather and carried all my necessary items securely. As for pockets; outside it has 3 velcro pockets, three zipper pockets, and two side pockets. Inside there are two small pockets; one on each side with velcro closure. I would give the vest 5 stars out 5 since it was exactly as advertised for me. I purchased the khaki color and it was the perfect color for me. Definitely part of my travel wardrobe from now on!

JOHN S Unfortunately, I wore it only briefly a couple years ago. It's put away somewhere in an off-season tote box, so I can't count the pockets.
I didn't use it for travel, but I found the pockets inconvenient. Also, my wife complained about how I looked in it.
If I were to buy another such vest, I would have to try it on before buying.
vince s based on your size chart is the neck size for example 1/2 of the regular sized neck?
SANDY J I'm really sorry but I don't understand the question. The vest seemed to be sized quite normally. The neck size was certainly not half of the normal neck size.
GARY R i have a 2XL vest and the neck size is perfect. i normally wear a 17/17-1/2 shirt is this is at least that size. it's very comfortable. hope this helps
