ROSS N Yes it will serve you very well. It's designed to stand up to the diving that I do. I'm a dive master.
ROBERT Z Im 6'3" and 190 lbs, and its plenty long in the legs and arms..i would think th XL would probably work ..
STUART P I would probably recommend the XL. I have the Large and I am 5'11 and 180 and it fits perfect. The sleeves at first seem a little long, maybe due to the zippers, but when you get in the water it all fills in perfectly. Enjoy-- its a great suit.

CHRISTOPHER P "I found the sizing chart to be very accurate. I would use height and weight as my primary prerequisites in choosing a suit size. Between height and weight, I would bias more toward weight as this will pretty much define the appropriate waist/chest size for a comfortable over-all fit. I would also highly recommend purchasing a full-body skin as this will greatly aid in donning the suit prior to a dive. It will also help the suit "slide" and adjust to your shape once it is on and zipped up. Hope this helps. Christo Tucson AZ"
