MICHAEL K It holds the aluminum 80 but I use it to hold 2 aluminum 80's and one steel 130 with no problem. I just ensure my tanks are all secured in the bed of my truck.
JUAN B I used them with aluminum tanks but I don't remember if they could fit thicker tanks, although they were soft cushion(y) material so maybe they would. Unfortunately I don't have them with me so I can't check for you.
