JOHN M I purchased an XL. I wear a 40 in the chest and the XL fit loose. Other rash guards I have purchased in the past have been a tighter fit. I was happy with the loose fit and have worn it under a 1.5 mil dive skin on recent trip to Fiji and was very satisfied.

The Lycra/nylon LOOSE FIT rash guard is designed to fit loose, similar to a T-shirt. It provides excellent UV, rash and jellyfish protection. (UV rating varies by color of actual shirt, the darker the color of shirt, the better the UV rating).
