Shopper I am looking for a regulator for a pony bottle and would like to know if this would be suitable for wreck dives in the 100 plus foot depth ranges ?
Danielle K Depends on what you want. The depth should not be an issue, however the length of the 2nd stage hose may be, for you. It is shorter than the Sherwood, ans ScubaPro hoses I was diving with before I bought this. I like the shorter hoses, personally. Provides less hose to get tangled,etc

Monica s Depending on what you are considering "cold" water, this is a standard octo so yes. If you are ice diving then you may want to consider something with components that have better heat conductivity.
