Shopper medium or large ???? I am 5'9" - 160 lbs , 40 in @ the chest, kind of short in the arms.
Med. t shirt is usually always good, i just would use this as a rash guard, warmer weather, and do not want to really fight to put it on???

BRYSON J Hey, i am 6ft, 220 and got an xl, sometimes i have to get a 2x, but these seem to run a little on the large size, plenty of arm length and not constrictive. I really like mine. Hope this helps.

they are built very tight so they fit under a suit. but why bother if you already have a suit
i was a 42-43" chest 5-9" 205 lbs.. i had to take an XL..
i would tell you to take a large and have a little extra room unless you are wearing it under a tight wetsuit. they don't stretch much so getting it on is a bit difficult. again the reason for the Large in your case.
really nice shirt though.. well made, looks great...
is use my in the Caribbean.. perfect for that.
